Reeman Dansie’s auctions celebrate the diversity of ceramic and glass production, making us a go-to auction house for private collectors and dealers alike. Our bi-monthly Fine Art sales typically feature around 200 lots of antique ceramics and glass, spanning several centuries of production and with pieces from around the globe. Our quarterly Collector’s sales showcase 20th century decorative arts, each sale featuring in excess of 250 lots of ceramics and glass by leading companies such as Doulton, Moorcroft and Lalique. Visitors to our Homes & Interiors sales will discover a range of antique and more contemporary pieces, dinner services, cut glass and group-lots of decorative ceramics and glass.
Our ceramics and glass department is headed up by James Grinter who has a broad knowledge across this discipline, with particular specialist knowledge of early English porcelain and Oriental ceramics. Our thorough cataloging and policy of publishing multiple online images for each lot provides our buyers with the confidence to bid remotely from around the globe, and our growing international reputation means that we always achieve excellent prices for our clients.
