We are delighted to hold our summer Classic Car & Automobilia Sale on Saturday 20th June. We have some superb entries already, including five vintage Riley’s from the collection of the well-known Riley enthusiast, Dick Cresswell, who along with his late twin brother David, have enthusiastically cared for and rallied the cars for many years.
The star of the collection being the 1935 Riley 9 Imp with beautiful racing coachwork which is widely acknowledged as being one of the most desirable of all pre-war Rileys with an enticing estimate of £65,000-75,000.
We also have a very special 1939 SS Jaguar 1.5 litre Drophead coupe which as well as being probably the best example of only six surviving examples known, has a unique history having been owned by the vendor since 1963 and in fact being his first car. Estimated at £50,000-60,000, it represents a very rare opportunity.
Here are some of the other entries and we are accepting further entries until late May. For further details, please contact James Grinter or Lewis Rabett on 01206 754754.
