As Valentine’s Day approaches, Reeman Dansie presents a delightful selection of romantic treasures in the Fine Art Sale, 3rd–4th February.

Hearts abound, from the enchanting Edwardian diamond, pearl and enamel brooch (lot 445) and a charming heart-shaped amethyst pendant (lot 406) to a sparkling heart-shaped brilliant-cut diamond ring (lot 520).

Rich in symbolism, the sale also features serpentine jewels representing eternal love (lots 401 and 475), ivy motifs for fidelity and loyalty, and turquoise jewels inspired by the forget-me-not (lot 457).
Romance continues in the picture section, where lots 1137 and 1159 perfectly capture the Victorian love of sentiment and romance.
