Alongside our normal range of furniture, jewellery, works of art and ceramics, we will be beginning the sale with almost 200 lots of Royalty interest. Highlights of the section include a scarce King George VI Privy Council Office red leather covered despatch box (lot 26, £800-1200), and a rare letter written by The Queen Mother to her daughter Queen Elizabeth II, addressed ‘My darling Lilibet’ (lot 91, £500-700). Day one of the sale will also see ceramics, glassware, and silver go under the hammer.
