Rare vintage Rolls-Royce and Bentley cars come up for auction in Colchester.

Reeman Dansie are delighted to announce a specialist auction of Rolls-Royce and Bentley cars on Friday 30th June. The oldest Rolls in the collection lives at a Suffolk Stately home. It’s a 1929 Rolls-Royce Phantom II limousine which was exhibited at the 1929 Olympia Motor Show and has been regularly used by its owner for rallies and tours all over Europe. It is estimated at £40,000 - £50,000.
The second oldest is a stunning 1934 Rolls-Royce 20/25 Brougham de Ville with unique flamboyant coachwork built for the American heiress & socialite Mrs Evelyn St George who’s mansion in London was set in two acres of gardens. It is also estimated at £40,000 - £50,000.
The sale also includes a child’s electric Bugatti sports car estimated at £3,000 - £4,000.
The sale has over 20 cars and viewing takes place on Saturday 24th June, Thursday 29th June and the morning of sale.

Jack Stephenson was born at Grimsby, Lincolnshire and educated at East Ham Grammar School. He studied at Walthamstow School of Art, where tutors included Ken Howard and Fred Dubery and then Hornsby College of Art under Ian Simpson and David Tindle.
